DMNews reveal that Hard rock rolled out a new CRM program this week, this close to Christmas suggests some hidden strategy.
The program is three tier:
- SMS mobile store locator
- Mobile sweepstakes
- SMS concert promotions
A great example of a powerful permission based SMS campaign similar to the Starbucks initiative.
