Dear reader, Why oh why oh why do some companies not offer a way to measure your mobile marketing and advertising response?
It seems like absolute madness to me! If I send out 100 thousand messages I want to know if they have responded or followed my call to action.
Otherwise a surge in sales is the only indicator I can use, but what if nothing changes? how can I optimise my campaigns based on no information?
Its simply not good customer service to hide this important information from you users.
