Here’s another way to help earthquake victims in Haiti: purchase iPhone apps. Proceeds from the purchase of any of the 141 apps listed on indierelief.com go directly to aid earthquake victims through charities like the Red Cross and Doctors Without Borders.

There’s a great variety of apps offered, from Twitter clients to a fitness tracker, and even a few novelty apps that will make you laugh. Some of the participating apps sell for as much as $100 (granted, the apps priced that high are pretty advanced functions that the casual iPhone user need not purchase) — so it’s a perfect time to donate to a worthy cause while purchasing some new apps for your iPhone or iPod Touch.
