Mobile marketing watch raising a very good point here – the people with the technology don’t know how to use it!
For example, SMS mobile marketers target specific demographics and focus on a particular region to achieve the most relevant message delivery. The people with unlimited power in the SMS broadcasting market are NOT using it!
This irony seems consistent throughout the industry. I look forward to seeing this change.
